These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Nike88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. To register and maintain an Account on Nike88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: Nike88 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. All Accounts are subject to mandatory age verification. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the age requirement, the Account will be suspended and all associated funds held pending verification. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, any winnings will be forfeited and deposits returned minus any amounts already wagered.
To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Nike88 may request additional information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all Account information. Failure to keep your Account information current, or the provision of false or misleading information, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your Account and for keeping that password confidential. Nike88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password at once.
Each Player may hold only one Account at any given time. The opening of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same identity or under a different name — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicate Accounts.
Nike88 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC checks may be requested at Account registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative wagering thresholds, or at any other time at the Company's reasonable discretion.

Nike88 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods for deposits, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Payment method availability may vary by region or at the Company's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
All Account Balances are held and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default for Malaysian users. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited to the Account.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Nike88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account reviewed.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Nike88 operates a "return to source" policy where practicable — withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, alternative methods will be discussed with the Player.

Referral Programme: Nike88 operates a Refer a Friend programme. Referral bonuses are subject to verification that the referred player is a new, unique individual meeting all eligibility requirements. Self-referrals and abuse of the referral system will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
All bets placed on the Nike88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet.

All casino games, including slot games, live dealer tables, and poker rooms, are governed by individual game rules. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are based on long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. All games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.
In the event of a disputed game outcome, the Company's decision, based on server-side logs and game provider records, shall be final and binding. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction.
